Art Festival Theme: Time Fantasy
CICAF continues to uphold its mission of promoting and nurturing children’s artistic potential and appreciation for art in a global context through this year’s Art Festival.
This year’s festival theme is “Time Fantasy.” Time is an eternal journey, weaving countless poignant stories in our lives. It witnesses the passage of years, recording every bit of our growth; it guards memories, preserving our most precious moments and recollections. Yet, time is also a fantasy, leading us into unknown realms, allowing us to explore mysterious and fantastical worlds. The festival aims to cultivate in all children a consciousness of human history, environmental awareness, a love for life, and a sense of ownership over the future, expressed through art.
We are proud to announce that this event has garnered unwavering support from various levels of government, further solidifying our commitment to empowering young artists and fostering a sustainable world for generations to come.
