Rules & Regulations

The 2019 Canada International Children’s Art Festival provides many opportunities for personal growth for our youth. One such opportunity is poetry reading classes. The classes will guide students of various ages and levels in the expression of oral poetry recitation. At the end of each class, each participant will recite a poem of his or her choice.

The language & content of all selections will be suitable for all participants and audience levels. All solo entries must be memorized. You may optionally bring your own CD with the background music. The music CD must be labeled with the name of the Participant.

Final recitations will be refereed, and the winner of each group will receive a Trophy.

MASTER CLASS

Provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with the high-level professional tutor. It is an excellent way to explore new ideas and perspectives. This class is non-competitive & closed to the public.

Price：60 minutes. Entry fee: $20

Award Ceremony Gala Concert The winners of each group will perform at the Award Ceremony Gala Concert. The Gala Concert will held on August 10，2019.
